1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the fifo88e platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

fifo88e reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Account registration at fifo88e is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that absolutely prohibits online gambling.
• Acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account. Opening more than one account by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, devices or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. fifo88e reserves the right to request identity verification via a copy of MyKad or an equivalent valid document at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The fifo88e platform supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency in the form of USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10. The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours subject to the required verification.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the name of the same player. Transfer of funds to third-party accounts is not permitted. fifo88e reserves the right to delay withdrawals for the purposes of anti-fraud checks and compliance with applicable laws.

Any costs or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the player's responsibility. fifo88e is not responsible for any delays caused by such third parties.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

fifo88e offers various promotions to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set out alongside that offer. Promotion-specific terms form part of this agreement and are to be read together with this document.

The fifo88e welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit of up to RM300. The wagering requirement that must be met is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM100, making the balance RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 with a balance of RM1,100 and a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

fifo88e reserves the right at any time to:

• Withdraw or modify the terms of any active promotion.
• Cancel bonuses that have been credited if conditions are not met.
• Exclude any player from a particular promotion at our discretion.
• Limit the number of times a player may participate in the same promotion.

5 Player Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the fifo88e platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any unapproved third-party technology to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Defrauding or attempting to defraud the platform's payment system or game system.
• Altering or attempting to alter any data, files or code within the platform.
• Using the account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Disclosing your account password to another party or allowing another party to access your account.

fifo88e runs continuous monitoring of account activity to detect any suspicious behaviour. In situations where an investigation is required, the account may be temporarily frozen until the investigation is complete.

6 VIP and Cashback Programme

fifo88e rewards player loyalty through a VIP programme consisting of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides eligible players with a different weekly cashback rate.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on a player's betting activity and loyalty over a set period. fifo88e reserves the right to change the rates or criteria of the VIP programme with appropriate notice to affected members.

7 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The fifo88e platform is provided "as is". While we work to ensure continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions, technical errors or unexpected downtime.

fifo88e will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime or internet connection issues beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in managing your password.
• Actions by third parties including payment service providers.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the player.

In any circumstances, fifo88e's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the fifo88e Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our privacy policy.

fifo88e uses appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure or use. However, no digital security system is entirely breach-proof, and we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of the security of data stored online.

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The fifo88e platform operates under an international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this platform should first be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer service team.

Disputes relating to financial transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports received after that period may not be able to be processed. Our customer support can be reached via live chat or email, available 24/7 in Malay and English.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body. The decision of the arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.

10 Responsible Gambling

fifo88e is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We encourage all players to set personal limits and gamble within their financial means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
